Terms of Service

These terms apply to all Havilah memberships, individual services and application support engagements.

Services

The Havilah Network provides one-to-one academic performance training and mentorship for GCSE and A-Level students in Maths, Economics and Business, alongside pathway and application support.

Membership includes live one-to-one sessions, study planning, marking, correction work and parent updates as described for the relevant tier.

Free Parent Call and assessment

The Parent Call and the Assessment & Setup process are provided free of charge and carry no obligation to join a membership.

Fees and payment

Memberships are billed monthly in advance at the published rate for the student's level. One-off services, including the Exam Sprint and applications support, are payable before the work begins.

Cancellation

Memberships are monthly and may be cancelled with one month's notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, and sessions remain available for the rest of that period.

Scheduling and attendance

Sessions run at an agreed weekly time. Where possible, please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may not be replaced.

Student and parent responsibilities

Progress depends on the student completing the agreed weekly plan, timed work and correction tasks. Parents agree to support attendance and workload arrangements.

No guarantee of results

Individual outcomes vary and previous student results are not guarantees of future performance. No examination grade is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Diagnostics, papers, plans, correction sets and other materials provided remain the property of The Havilah Network and are for the enrolled student's personal use only.

Conduct

We may end a membership where conduct makes effective teaching impossible, or where fees remain unpaid.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
