Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The Havilah Network collects when you enquire about or use our tutoring and mentorship services, and how that information is handled.

Information we collect

When you book a free Parent Call or submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: parent or student name, email address, phone number, student year group, subject, current and target grades, and any message you send us.

During tutoring we also record academic information such as diagnostic results, timed-paper scores, recurring errors, completed tasks and session notes.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange calls, assessments and sessions.

To deliver the Havilah Method: diagnosis, planning, training, correction and progress tracking.

To send parent updates and progress summaries relating to your child.

To handle scheduling, invoicing and membership administration.

Lawful basis

We process personal data to perform our agreement with you, to meet our legal obligations, and — where relevant — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (for example scheduling, communication and payment tools) and only as far as needed to provide our services, or where we are required to do so by law.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Student records are kept for the duration of the membership and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Safeguarding and under-18s

Most students are under 18. Enquiries, agreements and progress reporting are handled with a parent or guardian, and session information is shared with them.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to certain processing. To do so, contact us using the details provided during your enquiry or membership.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
